I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi.
My research focuses on applied economics with an emphasis on the political economy of development and the economics of human capital formation. I am also interested in the economics of culture and the economics of gender.
I hold a PhD in Economics from the Terry College of Business, University of Georgia, where I was a Fulbright scholar.
